I was the user. 28 factory interviews later, I built the forensic billing tool that finds what utilities don't want you to see.

My career started 14 years ago with a simple curiosity about digital tools. It's taken me from manual, pixel-by-pixel UX work to leading AI product design at enterprise scale.
Today I architect the trust layer between human decision-making and agentic AI — the seam where people stay informed, in control, and never blindsided by automation. As UX Manager at Marsh McLennan, I lead a team of four. As founder of OptiBill, I've taken a product from problem to production, end to end.
I'm currently deepening that practice through an Advanced Certification in GenAI & Agentic AI.
